What work will I do?

You’ll work on human-in-the-loop (HITL) projects that fall into two main categories:

SFT

Supervised Fine-Tuning

You’ll generate model prompts and responses from clear guidelines.
Your work teaches the model how to behave by demonstrating the right examples.

RLHF

Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback

You’ll rank or rate multiple model responses to the same input.
Your judgments help align the AI’s behavior with human preferences.
This step adds a layer of nuance and human values to the model’s decision-making process.

Roles

What does professional  growth look like?

Data Trainer

As a data trainer, you’ll contribute directly to model development by completing structured tasks. Accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are key.

Quality Analyst

With strong performance, you can move into a Quality Analyst role. Here, you’ll review the work of other trainers, provide feedback, and ensure that tasks meet project standards. This role requires deep understanding of guidelines and sound judgment.

Quality Assurance Lead

As a lead, you’ll oversee overall production and quality across projects. You'll execute operational processes, resolve escalations, and work closely with our team to maintain consistent results at scale.
